Shipping Policy
Hairacle Grow ships worldwide.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. All orders will ship via USPS and should take up to 7 business days from shipment to delivery. If shipping within the U.S. Expedited shipping services are available at an additional shipping cost. All expedited shipping options are listed at checkout. Hairacle Grow will do our best to accommodate your special request, when possible.

The standard shipping cost on all orders shipping outside of the U.S.A. is based on weight of the shipment. International customers are fully responsible for any duties and/or fees associated with their orders. International shipping may take between 7-21 business days depending on carrier selected and preferred shipping method selected at checkout.

Please track your package using the provided tracking information. We are not responsible for carrier related delays such as holidays and unforeseen events where average delivery time frame is extended.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped as well as an email to confirm delivery.

Hairacle Grow is not responsible for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. You may request that your order be sent with a signature confirmation requirement in the order note section to avoid your order being left at the door.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to covid-19 health and safety concerns as well as restrictions beyond our control, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges at this time. However, please keep checking back with us as this may be subject to change.
